DOGNAPPING attempts on the West Side

There have been reports of attempts to steal dogs from their owners, by a man on a bicycle. The police think that this involves a man on a bicycle, who uses a razor blade to slice through a leash, and grab the animal – then uses another member to ransom the dog to the owner.

There have been at least 4 attempts recently on the West Side that the police are aware of.

The latest incidents involved a Male, wearing a Hoodie, on a bicycle.

Please stay alert, and report anything suspicious to the police.
