This is a series of three different classes for puppies 8-20 weeks. They must have at least one round of “puppy shots” and be up to date with vaccinations to attend. The alternating classes are: A: Attention, B: Bathroom & C: Chewing. Each class includes a variety of puppy topics (house training, mouthing & biting and more) and basic behaviors (attention to name, drop it and more) in addition to at ton of great off leash socialization and puppy play. Your puppy is learning all the time; with Puppy Fundamentals you’ll be able to create good habits immediately instead of trying to fix bad habits later. It is appropriate to take this class prior to or in conjunction with a more traditional manners or obedience class. Puppies that attend all three types of classes receive a graduation certificate. Please note: for safety purposes, children under the age of 10 will not be allowed on the training floor.
Puppy Social Hour:
Puppies not only need training, but socialization as well. Introduce them to other puppies, people, sights and sounds in a safe environment. Join us for supervised puppy play. For puppies under 6 months old and under 30 lbs. Registration is required. Limited to 6 puppies.
For puppies up to 8 months with at least one round of “puppy shots.” This class is like taking your puppy to the playground! It is your puppy’s first opportunity to play with agility equipment in a safe, secure environment. Even if you are not planning to pursue Agility with your dog, this is a great way to introduce him to novel stimuli during that critical socialization period. Objects with weird textures, movement and sounds will all be included. Equipment introduced may include bar jump, tire jump, wobble board, pause table, and tunnel. Jump bars are on the floor to avoid stressing puppy joints.
